Fullboar is a privately held company based in Vancouver, BC Canada. The company was founded in 2006 by IT professional Jason C. Leach. Fullboar's talented team deliver custom and off-the-shelf solutions geared to meet the needs of both private and public organizations, on budget and on time. Fullboar is a strong supporter of green initiative, and net neutrality.

After pursuing a BSc in computer science at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC, Jason went on to work for one of BCs leading forestry companies. Jason was quickly promoted to department manager where he modernized the IT infrastructure as well as grew the departments profitability and expanded to include on-line GIS mapping. Following this, Jason secured a position with TELUS on Project Imagine, Canada's largest IT project at the time, where he worked with a large team to build, deploy and run TELUS's ordering and billing system. Based on his successful work for Project Imagine, Jason was given a project management position porting TELUS TV legacy applications to modern technology and infrastructure.
Jason brings his talents as a project manager with proven ability to transform innovative ideas into reality. He is focused on initiating change and delivering projects with substantial risk.
